Development Sites:
· Sites ranging in size from 1 to 10 acres;
· Target price range of $500,000 to $10,000,000;
· Will consider unentitled sites;
· Must have a reasonably developable configuration;
· Strong access and exposure required; and
· Strategic locations with solid growth preferred.
Existing/Value-Add Properties:
· 10,000 to 100,000 square feet;
· Target price range of $2,000,000 to $25,000,000;
· Prefer properties below market rents and priced at below replacement cost;
· Highly visible with good accessibility off a heavily trafficked arterial; and
· Low coverage properties with surplus land are preferred.
